JOB DETAILS:
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance competitiveness in the labour externalisation market.
- Oversee day to day operations ensuring compliance with labour externalisation regulations.
- Manage relationships with foreign recruitment agencies, employers and other external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
