Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment firm, is hiring a School Principal / Head Teacher for our client in the Cambridge International Education Sector. We are looking for a visionary leader to manage the school’s academic standards, operations, and culture while ensuring a high-quality, Islamic values-based education and the well-being of students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the school’s vision and mission, embedding Islamic values and fostering a positive school culture.
- Drive school improvement efforts to maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Oversee curriculum delivery, assessment, and compliance with Cambridge International standards and regulations.
- Support and evaluate staff performance, lead recruitment, and implement professional development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to manage budgets, staffing, and enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community through effective communication and engagement.
- Represent the school at community events and public forums to enhance the school’s reputation and outreach.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Valid teaching certification
- Recognized qualification in school leadership or educational management
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a Cambridge International Curriculum school
- Proven experience with school inspections, accreditations, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Familiarity with data analysis, quality assurance, and performance monitoring is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge International Curriculum and inspection frameworks
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing school operations
- Skilled in admissions, marketing, and enrolment strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative culture
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution abilities
- Strategic thinker with a clear educational vision
- Emotionally intelligent, culturally aware, and able to lead in a diverse environment
- Innovative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and excellence
