Responsibilities or duties

You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools to evaluate and improve Kinyarwanda text outputs, provide linguistic feedback, and refine data to strengthen model comprehension and expression.

On a typical day, you will review AI-generated Kinyarwanda content for linguistic accuracy and fluency, annotate text for tone and meaning, identify and correct subtle language errors, and collaborate with our team to improve prompt design and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Native or near-native fluency in Kinyarwanda is required, along with strong proficiency in English. A background in linguistics, translation, language teaching, or related fields is preferred. Attention to detail, cultural awareness, and clear communication skills are essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor, you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
