JOB DETAILS:
To ensure the planning, control and maintenance of the Stanbic Properties Limited (SPL) premises and facilities, in line with the set SPL objectives, policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. The maintenance officer will also ensure accurate valuation and reporting for machinery, plant machinery, and furniture.

Roles and Duties
• Support the Facilities and Logistics Manager in supervision of the Facilities activities
• Support Valuation Unit with Plant, Machinery, equipment and furniture valuation
• Monitoring and supervising the activities of Facilities contractors and suppliers
• Identify, implement and monitor all key related metrics and performance measures across the team; this includes the delivery and monitoring of SLA’s (internal and external providers)
• Ensure value for money in maintenance and repairs
• Implementation of Risk and Control procedures

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Other Qualifications- certifications or professional membership
• Minimum of 3years’ working experience in plant, machinery and equipment valuation and maintenance and repair.
