JOB SUMARY:

Responsible for inputting and maintaining data from multiple sources into a database, in addition, must verify and edit data and make necessary reports as needed.

• Create spreadsheets to track all waste information.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields with existing software.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Sorting, Organising and filing hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
• Perform regular database backups to secure data.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Prepare timely relevant reports as needed.
• Provide general data entry support across all teams etc.
• Any other duties assigned in the area of jurisdiction.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically

• A minimum of a Degree in Statistics, business administration, Information Technology or related course from a Recognised Institution
• 2 years of data entry experience
