Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is hiring Direct Sales Executives for our client in the telecom industry. The role involves field-based engagement with potential customers and vendors to drive sign-ups, onboard users, and boost platform adoption
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote the e-commerce platform to prospective customers and vendors within the designated area.
- Drive daily customer sign-ups, vendor onboarding, and order placements through direct field engagement.
- Educate users on platform features, benefits, and how to use the platform effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and registration targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with users and vendors to encourage platform adoption and repeat usage.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service and user experience.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, user feedback, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with telecom field teams as needed for joint marketing or co-branded campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or any related field
- Proven experience in field sales, digital product promotion, or mobile services is an added advantage
- Ability to explain and sell digital platforms to both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy audiences
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Familiarity with e-commerce, mobile money, and smartphone applications
