JOB DETAILS:

The Technical Consultant – Full Stack Developer will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end development, troubleshooting, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade applications. The role focuses on building robust software solutions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system operations, with strong emphasis on hands-on technical delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end modules using modern frameworks and technologies.

  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • QWeb
  • Python
  • Postgre / MS SQL
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Respond to technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle customer support tickets and document recurring problems for long-term fixes.
• Monitor system performance and resolve bugs or bottlenecks.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Participate in deployment activities, release planning, and version control.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ensure system uptime, availability, and smooth post-deployment operations.

Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, database, DevOps, testing) to ensure seamless delivery.
• Contribute to technical discussions and peer code reviews.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members when needed.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end: React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong back-end development skills: Node.js, .NET Core, or Java Spring Boot.
• Exposure to IDEs : VS Code, PyCharm, Assista IDE
• Following skills will be added advantage: Python, Kubernetes' Gateway API
• Professional Certification in above programming languages / Database Administration
• Database expertise in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
