In addition to our product line, Safe Assure Beauty Lounge provides professional beauty services, including facials, advanced skin treatments, body scrubs, and permanent cosmetology services such as microblading. All services are delivered with the highest standards of care, hygiene, and professionalism.

Based in Uganda, Safe Assure is also committed to youth and women empowerment by offering skills training, employment opportunities, and mentorship within the beauty and wellness industry. Role Overview

Safe Assure Beauty Lounge is seeking a confident, passionate, and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily salon operations and lead the strategic growth of our beauty business. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff leadership, customer experience excellence, sales growth, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all daily salon operations
  • Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff performance
  • Drive sales growth, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  • Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards
  • Manage stock control, inventory, reports, and operational records
  • Create and manage staff schedules and duty rosters
  • Support brand visibility by participating in photos and videos for marketing content
  • Effectively use salon management software, booking systems, POS tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and issue resolution professionally and promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be based in or around Ntinda
  • Strong passion for beauty, wellness, and customer service
  • Proven experience in salon, spa, or beauty business management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable appearing in photos and videos for brand marketing (not camera shy)
  • Experience using salon software, booking systems, POS, and social media tools
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and perform well under pressure
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong sales and marketing skills

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday
