Role Overview
The Personal Assistant to the Chairman provides high level executive, administrative, and strategic support to the Chairman, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and confidential matters. The role demands exceptional discretion, professionalism, and the ability to operate at board and government engagement level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and confidential administrative support to the Chairman
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, board meetings, travel itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare executive reports, board papers, presentations, and briefing notes
- Act as a key liaison between the Chairman, senior management, shareholders, government offices, and strategic partners
- Track strategic directives and follow up on execution across departments
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior leadership or board level
- Prior experience in hospitality, corporate, government, or multinational environments is highly desirable

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
