SCOPE OF THE SERVICES:

Medium size SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) / Estate Wagons (5-Seater) with Automatic Transmission, Mini Van (7-

Seater) with Automatic transmission, Double Cabin (4-Seater) 4X4 pick-up trucks with Automatic transmission

Mandatory Inclusive Services: Comprehensive Insurance, Replacement Car Services, Vehicle Trackers (IVMS),

Periodic and Preventive Maintenance; Fleet Annual Car Inventory of Models & Makes of Vehicles

After Sales Service Support: Provide a list of branches and/or associates in Uganda.

Provide information pertaining to safety ratings equivalent to NCAP Safety Rating.

For each vehicle type provide options of models and/or range of models that suit requirement Provide robust

account management support services including standby 24/7 to resolve issues, complaints, and any related issues

that may arise

Deploy and Maintain a Travel Costs Management System. Manage the staff travel process as per Contractor's

Travel Policy.Maintain Contractor's information, financial records and travel records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed & Registered: Certificate of Incorporation, Business License Registration, VAT, URA PIN Certificate and the

Latest Tax Compliance Certificate.

Compliance with the Petroleum National Content Regulations 2016 i.e.Ugandan Company Definition.

Provide Company Profile and Proof of Registration as a Car Dealer or Leasing or Rent-a-Car Company

Proof of registration with the National Supplier Database (NSD) for Uganda.

Minimum 3 years' Experience with Evidence of Financial Capacity to Implement the Work: 3 Years Audited

Financial Statements

Provide Relevant Industry Certification and Registrations in compliance with applicable Local and Industry

standards.

Evidence of organization HSE Management Systems & Policy, Procedure, and Process in compliance with

applicable Local and Industry standards for similar works.

Provide HSE Policy, Travel Management Policy and Overview of Existing Expense Management System

Provide Driver Selection and Training Program.

Provide Vehicle Maintenance Program.
