Background information about the job or company:

To manage and ensure proper quality standards of technical works on matters related to Civil Engineering in the University.

Responsibilities:

• To carry out maintenance of capital projects or other works assigned by the supervisor.
• To enforce quality standards of works.
• To supervise and assign duties to Assistant Engineering Officer and Senior Engineering Assistant.
• To coordinate the preparation of planned, preventive and curative maintenance programs and schedules.
• To perform any other official duties as may be assigned by the Senior Engineering officer.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized awarding university/ institution.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be computer literate, capable of using computer software packages.
• Proficiency in building construction and maintenance of physical infrastructure.
• Age Limit: Not above 55 years old at the time of application.
