TotalEnergies EP Uganda (COMPANY), in its capacity as Operator of Contract Area (CA) 1 and License Area (LA) 2, in conjunction with its Joint Venture partner(s), invites experienced and qualified companies/entities to express interest for the provision of Bulissa Camp Maintenance and Management Services for Tilenga project.

Brief Description of the Scope of Services:
The camp is located in Nyapeya village, Bulissa Town council in Bulissa district. The scope of work is to upgrade the existing camp, provide maintenance of the camp equipment and associated facilities, provide catering, hospitality and camp management services with a highly motivated and experienced team. The scope of services shall also include but not limited to provisions of materials, manpower, tools, equipment, accommodation, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, personnel-on-board management together with all the associated facilities and infrastructure. The successful contractor shall be required to obtain all the necessary approvals and permits to perform the afore-mentioned service.

COMPANY intends to issue a Call for Tender for Bulissa Camp Maintenance and Management Services (Max 300 POB) to be performed for Tilenga Operation Area (CA-1 & LA-2) in Uganda.

Following minimum requirements to be demonstrated:

• The vendor MUST be a Ugandan Company registered on the National Supplier Database.
• Experience implementing relevant OHSE policies, procedure and process for the Service in compliance with applicable National and industry standards.
• At least 10 years’ demonstrable experience in providing camp management, catering and hospitality services for high volumes in remote locations.
• Good Financial capacity to deliver the services as required
• Proven track record of good Performance of similar services.
• Proven records of implementing Food Safety Management System for catering services ISO 22000.
• Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certification required.
• Suitably qualified and experienced personnel in areas of facilities and camp accommodation management.
