Uganda Free Zones Authority Intends to dispose off assorted office equipment's including office Furniture, Printers, Laptops, and UPS's among others. The Asset (s) are sold on "as is, where is" basis and the Entity will have no further liability after sale.
The Entity invites sealed bids for the purchase of the above assets.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Bidding Disposal method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2014, and is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may inspect the assets at the location indicated below in No. 7(a) on 17 July 2023 to 21" July 2023 from 10AM to 4PM.
The Bidding documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 50,000. The method of payment will be to URA through any Bank using a URA payment form.
Bids must be delivered to the address
below at 8(c) before 11th August 2023 at 10am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) on 11th August 2023 at 10:15AM

• Documents will be issued from: Plot 1, Colville Street, 6 Floor Communication House
• Bids must be delivered to: Plot 1, Colville Street, 6th Floor Communication House
