Overall Purpose:

To be the senior company representative on site, responsible for the daily management, supervision, and successful delivery of construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSSE plans and regulations.
• Monitor site productivity, material usage, and equipment deployment.
• Resolve technical issues and liaise with the engineering team.
• Maintain accurate site records (diaries, inspections, manpower).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on site management experience in major infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, safety protocols, and quality control.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
