Overall Purpose:

To operate specific heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently to execute earthworks, material handling, and construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the assigned equipment (Roller, Dozer, Grader, Excavator, Backhoe/Wheel Loader) according to work plans and safety rules.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow grade stakes and instructions from supervisors.
• Achieve required production outputs and quality (e.g., proper compaction, grade).
• Report any equipment faults or unsafe conditions immediately.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid operator's license/certification for the specific equipment (mandatory).
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience operating the equipment in a construction environment.
• Proven safety record and ability to work in a team.
