Overall Purpose:

To develop, implement, and monitor the project's Environmental Management Plan (EMP) to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with EMP, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and impact assessments.
• Manage waste, water, air quality, and spill prevention programs.
• Supervise erosion control, sedimentation, and reinstatement works.
• Prepare environmental reports and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Conduct environmental awareness training for site staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of environmental management experience in construction, preferably in oil & gas.
• Knowledge of national and international environmental standards (ISO 14001).
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
