Overall Purpose:

To support the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, coordination, execution, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and updating project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate between site teams, subcontractors, and engineering departments.
• Monitor daily site activities and progress against the plan.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Help manage procurement, material delivery, and resource allocation.
• Support in enforcing quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Deputize for the Project Manager in their absence on designated tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8-12 years of experience in construction project coordination/supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project controls.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
