IT Support Officer

Full-time • Operations & Systems Support • Multi-department support role

Key Duties:

• Provide daily IT support (hardware, software, email, connectivity, user access)

• Support ERP rollout, integrations & user training

• Manage Cloud Call Centre tools & communication systems

• Maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)

• Troubleshoot downtimes & system incidents

• Manage IT assets, accounts, licenses & permissions

• Support remote work, VPN & cloud tools

• Assist with automation projects, forms & workflows

• Participate in system rollouts across subsidiaries

Desired Additional Skills

• API integrations, Python/ Javascript/ SQL/R

• Cloud services, VoIP/PBX management

• Cybersecurity basics & backup procedures

• Ability to create small automations or dashboards

• Experience in multi-branch or multi-country setups

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science (mandatory)

• Graduated within the last 2 years

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Google Workspace, cloud call-centre tools

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud & form tools

• Hands-on networking + hardware/software troubleshooting experience
