Overall Purpose:

To plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while leading the project team and managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage all project resources (human, material, financial).
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and HSSE standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, and authorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financial status.
• Ensure quality control and handover procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• i) Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, MSc in Construction Management,
• ii) Registered with Engineers’ Registration Board (ERB) or relevant/equivalent body.
• iii) Worked as a Project Manager in irrigation works within the past 10 years
