INVITATION TO PRE-QUALIFY FOR WORKS, SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS FOR FY 2025/2026

Kotido District Local Government invites applications from competent firms, companies and individuals to be pre-qualified for provision of works, supplies and services for the Financial Year 2025/2026.

CATEGORY A: PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR WORKS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES

CATEGORY B: FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS

CATEGORY C: RESERVED CONTRACTS FOR YOUTH, WOMEN AND PWDS

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

• Interested applicants should obtain application forms from the Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= to Kotido District Local Government General Fund Account No. 6013000033 in Centenary Bank.

• Completed application forms must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Pre-qualification for FY 2025/2026” and addressed to:

  The Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit Kotido District Local Government P.O. Box 1, Kotido

• Deadline for submission is 6th May 2024 at 11:00 am.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Applicants must attach the following:

• Certificate of Registration/Incorporation

• Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate

• Trading License

• Past Performance with Local Governments

• Bank Statement for the last 6 months

• Company Profile

NOTE:

• Late submissions shall be rejected.

• This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and Regulations 2014.
