1. The Health Service Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Supply of Motor vehicles to the Health Service Commission.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information on this notice and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at the address given below at 5(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

3. The Bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX.100,000. The method of payment will be through the bank to URA Collection under Health Service Commission’s TIN:1001275817

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below in 5 (c) at or before 11:00am on 17th September, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. Bid securities must be valid until 28th October, 2025. The bid is held by the board of directors who are responsible for the bid service. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 5(d) at 11:30 am EAT on 17th September, 2025.
