PURPOSE:

To drive the Marketing & Branding strategy in order to position CIC as a leading brand. To support the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s image, increase visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key area ·        Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks
Brand Management ·        Monitor and maintain brand identity in internal and external communications

·        Conduct brand audits and recommend improvements both on the social media platforms and CIC offices.

·        Support initiatives that build brand equity and strengthen the company’s positioning.

·        Assist in developing and implementing of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.

Strategic Coordination & Implementation ·        Support the planning and execution of Marketing programs.

·        Liaise with regional and branch teams to ensure implementation of Marketing strategies.

·        Maintain a calendar of events and ensure brand visibility across all CIC offices and ensure opportunities to market CIC are capitalized on events.

Brand communication & Public Relations ·        Manage press releases interviews and brand publicity opportunities.

·        Assistant in handling brand -related queries or issues raised by clients or stakeholders across all the company social media platforms.

Marketing & Sponsorship Support ·        Evaluate sponsorship proposals and recommend viable opportunities aligned to CIC’s strategy.

·        Prepare business cases for marketing partnerships, events, and institutional forums for management review.

·        Coordinate branding, booth setup, and promotional material for institutional

Event &Promotion Support ·        Support in planning and executing corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships and activations

·        Coordinate logistics, branding materials and promotional activities for all events

·        Ensure brand visibility at all even ts through effective displays and communication.

·        Track performance metrics such as new business acquisition, partner

engagement, and event ROI.

·        Prepare reports and presentations for internal and partner stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration & Relationship Support ·        Act as a senior point of contact for both internal and external clients across our social media accounts.

·        Collaborate with sales, customer service and product teams to align marketing activities with business needs

·        Support cross- functional projects requiring brand and marketing input.

·        Ensure internal teams are updated on brand campaigns and messaging.

Budgeting & Financial Management: ·        Develop and manage the brand and advertising budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated financial resources.

·        Monitor and report on campaign expenditure, ensuring transparency and financial responsibility.

·        Negotiation: Liaise with media vendors (TV, radio, print, out-of-home, etc.) to negotiate the best rates, placements, and added-value opportunities.

Market Research & Strategy ·        Audience Insights: Conduct research on audience behavior, media consumption trends, and competitor media activity to inform buying decisions.

·        Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in media buying and advertising.

·        Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, print houses and event organizers to gain insights into emerging opportunities and future media placements.

·        Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with the brand’s identity and engages target audiences.

Reporting & Compliance ·        Prepare regular reports on market conditions, customer preferences/ Satisfaction with marketing initiatives.

·        Prepare a report on relationship activities, feedback and areas of improvements.

·        Ensure all engagements comply with company policies, ethical standards and company protocols.
