Muni University has allocated funds for the acquisition of Two (2) brand new station wagons as detailed below:

The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 9(a) from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
The Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 9(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UCK 50.000 (Uganda Shillings fifty thousand only). The method of payment shall be by Bank through Muni University Zeepay report: https://aprumontmul.ac.ug and to print the payslip before proceeding to pay in any Bank.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(c) at or before 20th November 2025.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee in Uganda Shillings as detailed below:

Bid securities must be valid until 17th April 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9(d) on 20th November 2025.
There shall be no pre – bid meeting.
