Invitation to Bid for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Operation, and Maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Electrical Works and Lighting in One Hundred Seventy-Two- (1/2) Health Centres in Three (3) Lots under Open International Bidding.

1. The Ministry of Health (AOTH) has received funding from the World Bank toward the end of the Electricity Access Scale (E)-Project (EAST) to be used for the acquisition of Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation, and Maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Electrical Works and Lighting for Each One Health Centre (1/2 HSC) in Three (3) Lots as per the table below:

2. The Entity invites sealed lads from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open international bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 and is open at all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Ministry of Health website from www.bioethh.go.ug.

5. The Bidding Documents in England may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8:00 p.m. upon payment of anorectancial fees of USX 100,000.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8:00 p.m. or before 11:00 a.m. on OP²-Docembe 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security fee 18,000 free Dollars registered in general only for each Lot. Bid securities must be valid until 27 April 2025. Late bids must be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8:00 p.m. at 11:15 a.m. on OP²-Docembe 2025.

7. There shall be a pre - bid meeting at Ministry of Health, Prof. G. Loaded Road, Nakasero Rd. Floor, Board room on OP²-November 2025 at 10:30 a.m. on the date indicated in the proposal schedule in this notice.
