MASTER PURCHASE/SERVICE AGREEMENT

The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as ‘the IRC’, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict. The IRC has been working in Uganda since 1998 in response to mass displacement and devastation wrought by the rebel group, the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA).

The IRC Uganda program invites proposals from interested bidders for the supply of services listed below. IRC will sign a Master Purchase/Service Agreement for two (2) years with the successful bidders. All bidders who are currently engaged by IRC in the categories listed below are required to re-apply in order to comply with conditions stipulated in each category.

Interested and suitably qualified suppliers may download the RFP documents with the required tender information and Specifications from the IRC Website: http://www.rescue.org/about/procurement or request complete tender information from the Supply Chain Department offices in Kampala Plot 7, Lower Nagura East Road during office hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM from 7th August 2023 to 13th August 2025.

Bidders shall submit physical - sealed bids and sign the bid register for confirmation.
Bids shall be addressed to the PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE, clearly marked with the tender reference number, at International Rescue Committee at designated locations in the RFP document latest 28th August 2025 5:00PM (East African Standard Time).
