Job Summary:
The Business Manager is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the diagnostic center. This leadership role involves strategic planning, budgeting, marketing, and managing staff to achieve business goals and provide exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor P&L statements, and control costs.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and lead the team to achieve them.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and key clients.
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives to referrers (doctors, clinics, hospitals).
- Manage, recruit, and train staff; foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of business functions like HR, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
