5. Important Instructions

• Failure to include the tender reference number in the subject line may result in disqualification.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Bids sent to any other GIZ email (or copied to GIZ staff) will be rejected.

• Submit technical and financial proposals in two separate emails.

• For large files (>10MB), use GIZ’s tender portal:

• Financial proposals must be in Uganda Shillings (UGX).

• Non-compliance may lead to rejection.
