PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES FOR GAYAZA HIGH SCHOOL UNDER FRAME-WORK CONTRACTS FOR 18 MONTHS (LOTS 1:15) - PR. GHS/SUPLS/2025/00055

  1. Gayaza High School has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of firms to provide goods and services under framework contracts for 18 months (Lot 1-15) as indicated below:

  1. Gayaza High School invites seated bids for the provision of the above services and supplies.
  2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205.
  3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Entity and inspect the bidding documents at Gayaza High School website from 9.00am to 5.00pm during official working days.
  4. **Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(g) and upon payment of a non-investable fee of UKCF-150,000 (Uganda Springs One Hundred Pty Thousand) per KK. The method of payment will be through Statistic bank, Arc Name: Gayaza High School, Arc.Nrc 906000559713 with effect from 28* June, 2025. On presentation of proof or payment, writing documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal unit at the administration block with effect from 28* June, 2025.**
  5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(g) at or before at 11:00 am 18 July, 2025. All bids must be accompanied with a bid securing destination valid until December 30, 2025. Last bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(g) at 11.34am on 18 July, 2025.**
  6. There will be no pre – bid meeting.

Gayaza - Zimbwe Road, Kabanyoro.

(b) Documents will be issued from: As in (a) above.
