NOTIFICATION FOR EXTENSION OF CLOSE DATE FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Option: EOI and PO can be submitted using the COIBID System:

1. First create an account in the system by logging into https://www.cobild.com and follow instructions to create an account as Supplier
   (Note: Instructions to create supplier account can be downloaded from https://cloud.cnocouganda.com/whxBGujHbHg2tba)

2. Once your account is ready from step 1 above, login into the system to access the published tenders by downloading and uploading PQ documents not later than August 23, 2025 by 6pm (EAT).

3. Only holders who successfully paste the PQ stage, shall receive Request for Proposal.
