REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF TRUNKING RADIOS FOR PRODUCTION (WALKIE-TALKIES) AND ACCESSORIES

CNOOC Uganda Limited, a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), is an oil and gas company engaged in upstream oil and gas operations in Uganda.

CNOOC Uganda Limited invites experienced and reputable contractors to express interest in the procurement of trunking radios for production (walkie-talkies) and accessories.

Scope of work: The scope of work includes but is not limited to:

• Supply of trunking radios for production (walkie-talkies) and accessories.

• Provision of related services including warranty and after-sales support.

Minimum requirements: Interested parties should submit:

1. Company profile.

2. Proof of registration with the National Supplier Database (NSD) for the year 2024.

3. Valid trading license.

4. Tax clearance certificate.

5. Experience in similar supplies in the last 5 years.

6. Manufacturer’s authorization (if not the manufacturer).

7. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Submission guidelines:

• All documents should be submitted electronically in PDF format.

• The subject of the email should be “Expression of Interest for the Procurement of Trunking Radios for Production (Walkie-Talkies) and Accessories”.

• Submission deadline: 22nd August 2024, 5:00 PM (EAT).
