Primary functions:

  • Provide support and participate in several safety management in the drilling and compliance operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervene audit drilling competition conducted at 30 Pints’s website as a comparison with CNOCO. Uganda provides safety management systems, technical standards, Upsatta laws and regulations relating to drilling, completion and workover operations on projects, drilling-related transportation and transport.
  • Participate in evaluation and tracking of concrete HSE reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Implemented HSE inspections and track and testing to ensure continuous improvement during hazard identification and restoration.
  • Conduct safety training and safety alert sharing for the DAC contractors and external contractors of the CNOCO. Uganda trained safety management systems and lessons from the project.
  • Organize or participate in various data-driven agency data and perform emergency response-related responsibilities.
  • Participate in safety incidents/accident investigations through road cause analysis and prevent incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Secreasing high-risk operations (i.e., virtual lifting, confined zone entry). Participate in safety meetings or HSE follow the convention’s high-risk operations and review related PTW data.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the SAL relevant departments on issues related to the site HSE management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Borderline degree in drilling
  • Base Engineering Environment Management and Construction
  • Coordinate related to on-site safety management in an airlock operation.
  • Attend 4 years following experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.

Knowledge:

  • Customer knowledge of international HSE Management Systems and an ISO 9001-AIR.
  • Knowledge of the related laws and regulations of Upsatta.
  • Understanding of the Oil and Gas industry HSE standards and procedures.
