The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 2 above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugr(100,000)/= (one hundred thousand shillings only). The method of payment will be through the Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) Zeepay payment method where a contractor generates a payment reference.

4. This procurement is reserved for National and Resident Providers in accordance with Guideline Reference No. 1/2018- Guideline on Reservation Schemes to Promote Local Content in Public Procurement.
